The European Cooperation Day welcomes the benefits and results of Territorial Cooperation through various events in the European Union. This initiative of the European Commission, organized with the collaboration of INTERACT, and in which the INTERREG VA Spain-Portugal Program regularly participates, took place on 21 September 2017.
The Res2ValHum project, INTERREG VA Spain-Portugal (POCTEP) 2014-2020, “Valorization of organic waste: production of humic substances” is led by the University of Minho (UMinho) and counts on the participation of the Serviço Intermunicipalizado de Gestão de Resíduos do Grande Porto (LIPOR), the Centro para a Valorização de Resíduos (CVR) e the Valorização e Tratamento de Resíduos Sólidos, S.A. (BRAVAL) and partners from Galicia, namely the University of Santiago de Compostela (USC), the Centro de Valorización Ambiental del Norte S.L. (CVAN) and the Sociedade Galega do Medio Ambiente, S.A (SOGAMA).
In this project, commemorative posters of the European Cooperation Day were developed and exhibited by the partners.
